Terms & Conditions: Personalized Chargeback Support

Hey there! By purchasing either the Review & Revise My Draft or Done-For-You Chargeback Response (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), you, the purchaser (hereinafter “Client”) enter an agreement with Virtual Assistology, LLC (“Company”) and agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services

The Service is a one-time, limited-scope support offer. Company agrees to provide deliverables as described at the time of purchase:

Review & Revise My Draft – $67

Includes:

  • One marked-up version of Client’s draft dispute response with written edits and suggestions

  • A brief checklist of weak points, gaps, or missing documentation

  • One asynchronous 10–15 minute Loom or audio explanation reviewing edits

Done-For-You Chargeback Response – $197

Includes:

  • One custom-written dispute response letter based on documentation provided by Client

  • A checklist of suggested attachments to submit

  • An optional email draft for outreach to the member who filed the dispute (if applicable)

Turnaround time for each Service is noted at time of purchase (typically 1–3 business days for Review & Revise; 2–4 business days for Done-For-You).

Client is responsible for submitting all required information, documentation, and access in a timely manner.

Privacy Policy

Company’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement. Information submitted by Client will be used solely to complete the purchased Service and will not be shared outside of what is required for service delivery.

Client Responsibility

Client understands that results are not guaranteed and that Company is not acting as legal counsel or financial advisor. Client is solely responsible for:

  • The final submission of any dispute response

  • Meeting all deadlines set by their payment processor or platform

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information and documentation provided

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of this offer, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the service has been booked.

Cancellation

Client may not cancel their purchase after submission and payment. If a chargeback is filed on this transaction without contacting Company first, Company reserves the right to refuse future service and pursue all available remedies.

No Resale or Licensing Rights.

This is a personal-use-only Service. Client may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative services from the content delivered by Company. No resale, white-label, or licensing rights are granted.

Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, audio/video materials, and completed content are the intellectual property of Company. Client is granted a non-transferrable, single-use license for personal business use only.

Force Majeure

Company is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: illness, internet failure, platform outages, pandemic, acts of nature, or governmental action.

Independent Contractor

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Company is providing a service only, and not acting as legal or financial counsel.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Limitation of Liability

Client agrees to hold Company harmless for any outcome related to the Service. Company is not liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use any materials or services provided.

No Warranty OR Guarantee

Company provides professional support and strategy based on experience, but does not guarantee chargeback outcomes. The decision to accept or reject a dispute response rests solely with the payment processor and card issuer.

Assignment

Client may not assign this Agreement to any other individual or entity without written consent of Company.

Modification

Company may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Company website and will apply to future purchases.

Dispute Resolution

Client agrees to resolve any disputes via small claims court in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, USA, and waives the right to participate in any class-action claim.
