Putting these processes into place and then building systems around them can save you headaches and dollars. I’ve set systems up for solopreneurs, mid-sized companies as well as two-or-three member teams.

Accountability: It’s not always easy holding people accountable – making sure they deliver on what they’ve said they’d do, when they said they’d do it.  It’s not a fun part of being an entrepreneur, but it’s a necessary part of building a successful team.
